What's Worth Mentioning in the Form

Two honest sentences about the property save everyone a week of back-and-forth.

The road or the village. "Closson Road, Hillier" tells a builder more than a postal code does.
Village services or well and septic. Anything that adds bedrooms, bathrooms or a second building has to reckon with both.
Roughly how old the building is. Nobody expects a date — "old farmhouse, added onto twice" is plenty.
Whether there are outbuildings. A barn or drive shed changes what is possible, sometimes for the better.
Anything you already suspect. Soft floor, damp stone cellar, ancient panel — say it now rather than discovering it together in July.
